PERSONALIZED ONBOARDING » As soon as you take the plunge into VIP Fertility Coaching, you will receive a detailed welcome email that will include all of the access that you need to what you get in the program. It will include a Welcome Video where I will walk you through the first things that you need to do to get started to take action.  

INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE » You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so that I can get to know you and your fertility history before we get started working together. Don’t worry if you’re overwhelmed or confused about the HOW right now, that’s for us to figure out together! Right now, I want you to brain dump your thoughts, your questions, your wins, your challenges and everything in between. Once I get to know you a little better, we’ll be able to map out an action plan and get to work!  

90-MINUTE KICK-OFF CALL » Once you have your questionnaire complete, you and I will jump on a 90-minute kick-off call together. This is where I will ask you all the right questions to help us mastermind your custom fertility protocol. By the end of this call, I will have everything I need to get you started with your first customized protocol!  

SIX (6) CUSTOM FERTILITY PROTOCOL » After our 90-Minute Kick-Off Call, I will personally create and deliver your custom fertility protocol with weekly focuses and deadlines. This is a CUSTOM strategy created just for you based on where you are in your fertility journey and where you need to go to be successful. This will help you stay on track by only working on the highest value tasks and ultimately reach your goal of snuggling your sweet baby!   

CHECK-IN CALLS » You have access to 4 biweekly (up to 30 minutes each) coaching calls with me. After our initial kick-off call together, we will schedule a recurring time every 2 weeks that works for both of us. On these calls, we will discuss how the previous 2 weeks went, any changes that you noticed, any wins/challenges you faced, and problem-solving these together. Then we’ll discuss the next week’s focus and answer any questions you may have. Let’s be clear here, this is me and you (and your partner, if you’d like), each week talking and supporting you with your personal protocol and implementation. This is where I will hold you accountable and make sure nothing stands in your way of taking action!   

WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY EMAILS » On top of our biweekly Check-In Calls, you will also get a weekly accountability email from me. Every single week, I want to hear from you. I want to know your biggest win for the week, any challenges you’ve faced, and if anything has come up since our biweekly call.  

UNLIMITED TEXT SUPPORT » On top of your weekly check-in calls AND your accountability emails, if there is anything that comes up, you have unlimited access to me via text or email support. This is for those questions you forgot to ask on our call, anything else that’s come up throughout the week, as well as those questions you were too scared to ask on the call. It happens - believe me! No question is off-limits here. *Please allow a 24 business hour response time.   

DUTCH COMPLETE TEST » The Dried Urine Testing for Comprehensive Hormones (DUTCH) Complete Test gives us a very thorough picture of your sex hormones, sex hormone metabolites, total cortisol, the overall diurnal pattern of free cortisol, nutritional deficiencies, oxidative stress, gut dysbiosis, melatonin, neuroinflammation, and more. This allows us to look inside of your body to understand not only your hormone levels but also how they are being metabolized and detoxified in your body so that we can identify and fix any hormonal imbalances that may be keeping you from getting pregnant. This includes the price of the test, test kit, shipping, lab fees, and a thorough 1:1 session with me (up to 45 minutes) to breakdown, interpret, and explain your results. You will also get a custom personalized protocol based on your DUTCH results.   

WEEKLY DATA REVIEW » You will have the ability to submit your data to have me review it each week. This can include a food journal, blood sugar logs, lab results, cycle tracking data (including your BBT, cervical mucus, cervical position, hormonal shifts), etc. so that you can have a second set of eyes looking at your data to know exactly what is going on inside of your body and exactly what to do next.  

CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION PLANS » Twelve (12) fully customizable, fertility-focused nutrition plans that include weekly menus, grocery lists, recipes, and important details, like how to store leftovers, substitutions for ingredients, and modifications for various nutritional needs. Recipes can also be “swapped” if there is something that you do not like and you can adjust serving sizes as needed to include leftovers and others eating the same meals in your household.   

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE? I do not accept insurance, but I do accept HSA/FSA cards. I am also able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if they cover out-of-network nutrition counseling. Please note that I can not guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you and I am not able to contact your insurance on your behalf. 

WHAT IF I AM ALREADY WORKING WITH MY DOCTOR DOING FERTILITY TREATMENT? Great question! Even if you are already pursuing fertility treatment with your doctor, VIP Fertility Coaching will only support the work you are doing with your doctor. In my experience (both personally and professionally), if you are undergoing fertility treatments but not also optimizing your nutrition and lifestyle, the fertility treatment will only do so much. Everything that we do together will support the fertility treatment that you are undergoing or even choose to undergo in the future!  

I AM OVER THE AGE OF 35 – WILL THIS WORK FOR ME? Absolutely! In fact, I think this is even more reason to get more personalized support. Typically when someone is TTC over the age of 35, we want to make sure we aren’t waiting too long before pursuing further testing and possibly fertility treatment. Thus, if you are over the age of 35, it is important to go ahead and act now since time is of the essence!     

WHAT IF I GET PREGNANT WHILE WE ARE WORKING TOGETHER? Amazing!!! I will first do a big happy dance and probably shed a few tears of joy with you. If you do get pregnant while we are working together, we will roll your fertility check-ins to become pregnancy check-ins. I will go over with you any labs that I recommend getting as soon as you find out you are pregnant to increase your chances of staying pregnant. We can also talk about ways to manage things like nausea, vomiting, constipation and reduce your risk of pregnancy complications like gestational diabetes and preeclampsia.     

CAN YOU TELL ME A SUCCESS STORY? Yes, I have a lot of success stories of working with women who were told that they would never get pregnant, did and now have beautiful healthy babies of their own. In the time that I have been in this business, 88% of clients that I have worked with that are trying to get pregnant did so within 6 months and 96% of my clients that I have worked with that are trying to get pregnant have.
